Reasonable price, good bed, friendly staff.
The faucet was broken and only a trickle of water would come out. Changing from hot to cold was difficult.
Location, price, front desk (people)
Breakfast was too early to enjoy. Mold in the bathtub. Stains on the old bed spread. Looked tired, like most of the room.
Room smelt awful, not enough hot water, generally an unplesant stay.
Not much! I HATED Andrew from Booked.net & the only thing that was OK was the guy in the office who was helping me.
I made reservations a week in advance but they didn't have it on their system. It took a couple hours to get it figured out. I missed my son's game(which is why we were there) because of it. The room was stained & disgusting. Then the cards to get into the room didn't work. All together it was a horrible experience! Never again!!!!
Just a cheap, low end motel. It served its purpose.
It was outdated and not as clean as others.
There is a fee you have to pay cash for if you use debit/credit card that isn't posted on website we used to book.
surprise $25 pet fee; I e-mailed up front inquiring & didn't receive a response. A bit steep, usually $10 or $15 covers it.
Condition of rooms and house keeping
It wasn't far off the freeway that's about all.
The rooms were filthy I had a dirty towel hanging on the back of my bathroom door. My daughter had to change rooms twice because of Filth and smell. She found bed bugs in the bed and the owner called her and yelled at her and kicked her out of the hotel saying that he didn't have bed bugs there but not once came down to look for himself we have video. I stripped off the top sheet of my bed found pubic hair and all kinds of nasty stuff and blood spots on my bed. I will never go back to this hotel ever and I suggest you take it off your list as a place to stay.
Everything was terrible-filthy facility with rude staff. Didn't feel safe. Food left in the fridge, had to ask for towels and the room smelled like monkeys.
A bunch of classic car owners and their cars were staying there and we got to look at the cars.
We found a dirty baby diaper under the bed!! Yuk!!
The only thing likeable was their breakfast. I wish I had read other reviews before making a choice - hotel's writeup is misleading: "At Travelodge Centralia, we strive to ensure each guest has an enjoyable and memorable stay". I must say the stay was memorable - never again for a Travelodge.
Mold in room and coming through bathroom paint; Internet very very poor; door lock worked some of the time; security lock had been removed from door; night clerk was indifferent to the point of not caring; no spare receptacles for computer at desk; toilet overflowed several times - need I go on.
The breakfast offered was excellent.... And the pool was temperature perfect.
Stayed at Travelodge for a week long baseball tournament my husband was umpiring...... So it was a business trip. That same week the STP was biking through, so they expected us to stay for 5 days leave the motel and then recheck in a day later after the STP'ers left what an inconveinince especially having a baby with us. I even went as far as talking the manager into trying to convince the owners that it was very bad business etiquette to make a family leave the establishment after already staying there 5 days and could we get a better price then the STP price of $200 after paying $69 all the other days, they said to bad you pay or you can't stay...... So we reluctantly paid that horrible price because all the other places were booked.
Awesome staff, which went above and beyond to help me out when it looked like I don't have a reservation on a Saturday night when the whole area between Portland and Seattle was booked out. Thanks PJ and Tonya!
